Runway Remix is NNH’s fully-thrifted fashion show fundraiser, where secondhand style takes center stage for an incredible cause. Runway Remix volunteers help produce one of Chattanooga’s most creative fundraising events, supporting with setup, guest check-in, backstage assistance, and teardown. Whether you’re helping models get ready, guiding guests to their seats, or cheering on the runway from the sidelines, your presence makes the night shine. The Not So Silent Auction is NNH’s signature annual fundraiser, a lively, one of-a-kind evening featuring spirited games, a wide selection of food, and an auction showcasing the best of Chattanooga. Not So Silent Auction volunteers help bring this beloved annual event to life — from setup and registration to guest check-in, bid assistance, and teardown. Your energy and presence help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes this night one of the most anticipated on Chattanooga’s nonprofit event calendar. No prior event experience needed — just enthusiasm for NNH’s mission and a willingness to show up for your neighbors.

The Stuffing Strut is NNH’s annual Thanksgiving-season walk/run fundraiser, bringing the community together to give back before the holiday feast. Stuffing Strut volunteers help make this community walk/run a success assisting with event setup, participant registration, route support, and post-event teardown. It’s a great way to get outside, connect with your neighbors, and give back right before Thanksgiving. All are welcome, and no running required!

Our Community Advisory Board is made up of people who have previously received services from NNH and have since reached a place of sustainable stability. They meet with us bi-monthly to help us stay connected to what's happening in the community. Volunteers cook and serve the meal for the group and their children, and it makes for a meaningful, relationship-centered evening.
