Through sustainable solutions and community empowerment, we provide support and create opportunities for our community to learn, connect, and thrive.
NNH's Operations team supports the people, places, and systems that keep our mission moving. Our staff and volunteers work alongside leadership, Board committees, and program teams to steward our finances, maintain our facilities, and manage the day-to-day details that allow our Community Schools and Thrift Stores to focus on the neighbors they serve. From keeping the lights on to planning for the next 100 years, Operations builds the foundation that lets NNH show up for our community today and stay ready to serve it tomorrow. Together, we're building an organization where every program, staff member, and volunteer has what they need to do their best work for our neighbors.
