For more than 100 years, Northside Neighborhood House has focused on providing holistic support for our neighbors of all ages north of the Tennessee River, offering a hand up for a brighter future. Through sustainable solutions and community empowerment, we provide support and create opportunities for our community to learn, connect, and thrive. Community Schools is one of NNH's 3 core programs.
What We Do
NNH Stability Services provides a safety net and a stepping stone for neighbors facing challenging times. Through direct financial assistance, emergency food boxes, school supply distributions, and our annual Santa’s Workshop, we meet immediate needs while working toward long-term solutions. Our trained case management team offers expert one-on-one budgeting, support and Empowerment Classes, including our Good Tenant Workshop and healthy cooking classes. We believe everyone needs a little help sometimes, and reaching out is a sign of strength.
